My policy is to try and return calls within 24 hours. My voice mail is confidential and secure, and I am the only person retrieving messages left by clients and potential adventurers. However, I do request that if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency with a threat to harm yourself or anyone around you, please dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room immediately to get the help you need. I am not always available at a moment's notice, and my utmost concern is for your safety and the safety of those around you.

The second way that you might reach me is through email. I do check the registry often for future explorers and will respond to your questions as soon as I possibly can. Email is also the best way to ask detailed questions where you will get the most in-depth response. You can reach me at craigrush@innerexpeditions.net any time of the day or night. Again, my policy is to try and return all messages within a 24-hour period. However, there may be times when my own adventures remove me from the office and the comforts of my computer screen. Rest assured that your questions and comments will be read and addressed as soon as humanly possible.
